NEC Electronics, Inc.
Since 1994 Impact has supported an overall public relations program for this $2.5 billion semiconductor company. Product lines include memory, microprocessor/microcontroller, flat panel displays, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, communications interfaces, Ethernet/Gigabit Ethernet devices and ASIC/System-On-A-Chip. Impact also supports the corporate public relations effort, and has helped NEC’s success with PR strategy, product launches, corporate visibility initiatives, and crisis communications.

Infoseek Corp. (Software Division)
Impact has been implementing a strategic and tactical PR program on behalf of the Ultraseek Server product family, the enterprise software component of Infoseek Corporation. Ultraseek Server is an enterprise search, index and content management application family, and under Impact’s PR efforts, recently doubled the number of Web hits and software downloads after launching its 3.0 version. Business, trade and online media coverage has been extensive, and Impact continues to support Infoseek with a variety of PR vehicles, including customer win press releases, trade show support, product news, and more.

Xemod, Inc.
An exciting new start-up, Xemod provides components for the wireless and cellular infrastructure market. The company received its first round of funding in late 1997 and has already gained sales momentum from Impact’s PR execution, especially from the trade press with new product and by-lined story placement.

Photo Access
Photo Access is another hot start-up focused on providing Windows CE-based solutions for digital cameras. The company will provide both hardware and software solutions that will allow for the uncoupling of the digital camera from the PC. Impact Communications supports the company with a full-range of public relations services.

Chroma Graphics
Acting as Chroma Graphics’ full-service agency, Impact helped launch the company and its first products for the desktop graphics design market. Impact also helped put Chroma Graphics on the map as a leading technology company by placing company executives at the prestigious Demo ’98 technology showcase. Its underlying technology is now being evaluated for application in several different vertical markets.

Whole Tomato
A new company, Whole Tomato delivered its first product, Visual Assist, in 1998. Focusing on the software development tools market, Whole Tomato sells its products via the Internet directly to the developer community. Impact has been working with the company since its formation and has helped the company create visibility and sell its products.

SurfSoft
SurfSoft offers Internet Engineering services for business, providing experts in all Web technologies, and was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of 1998's 500 fastest growing private U.S. companies. Impact has handled its press release program and related strategic marketing support since 1998.

NetMind
NetMind's mission is to be the leading global provider of change detection software, helping people and companies "mind" Web-based information painlessly through its free Mind-It software, along with a family of intranet applications for the enterprise. Impact helps place executives as speakers at industry conferences and trade shows.

Cygent, Inc.
Cygent, Inc., started in 1998 by telecommunications engineering professionals, delivers the only eCommerce software solution built specifically for telecommunications, and allows the industry to take full advantage of a comprehensive Internet-based marketing, sales, ordering and management solution for the first time.

Impact Communications is implementing a complete strategic and tactical PR program to launch both the company and its product line in late 1999.

Founded in 1989, S3® Incorporated pioneered graphics acceleration with the world's first single-chip graphics accelerator, significantly improving the performance of the personal computer (PC). Alacritech
Impact's newest client, Alacritech, Inc., is a startup currently in the development stage. As such, they are keeping a tight lid on product plans until public technology and product launches later this year.
